Mech Tech Industries' core business is finished centrifugal pump castings and machined parts for low- and high-pressure duty. We also manufacture fire-fighting equipment. We cast, machine, assemble and test in-house — to the standard, or to your drawing.
Mech Tech Industries is an ISO certified company, manufacturing finished pump parts and engineering components since 2012. We specialize in finished centrifugal pump parts for low- and high-pressure duty in the 4, 6, 8, 12, 18 and 24 inch range. We also deal in complete Wellpoints for dewatering, swing check valves in 4 and 6 inch sizes, and finished shafts up to 5 meters in length, along with sleeves. Our company follows the standards and always supplies as per customer requirement, along with reports like MTC and dimensional sheets. We supply castings in different grades — Steel, WCB, Gray Iron, Ductile Iron, SS304, SS316, SS431, CD4MCuN — or any grade the customer requires.

What we make
Finished pump castings are our core business; all three lines are cast, machined, assembled and tested in-house.
Casings, impellers, shafts, sleeves, SAE adapters, check valves and complete dewatering wellpoints — for pumps from 4 to 24 inch.
Foam inductors, jet spray and aqua nozzles, non-return valves, monitors, monitor sleeves and adapters — in SS 304 and anodized aluminium.
Model aeroplanes, motorcycles, bird sculptures and figurines — cast and hand-finished in brass and aluminium.

Development process
Patterns are cut to the drawing, castings are poured, machined and assembled, and finished parts are staged on pallets before being packed and crated for dispatch.
Patterns and core boxes cut on VMC and CNC router.
Repeatable green-sand moulding for medium and high volume runs.
Fine surface finish and tight tolerance for impellers and small parts.
Large-bore casings and heavy sections in gray and ductile iron.
Cleaned, coated and inspected tool pump casing, ready for casting.
Turning and VMC machining of castings to finished dimensions.
Assembled, protected and crated for road, rail and sea freight.
Quality & inspection
Every pressure-containing part is hydro-tested, every dimension is checked on calibrated instruments, and every lot ships with its paperwork.
Every pressure-containing casting is hydro-tested before it is released.
Checked against the customer drawing on calibrated Mitutoyo and Yamayo instruments.
Material test certificates (MTC) and dimensional sheets travel with every lot.
Parts are wrapped, blocked and crated so they arrive as they left the works.
